MyBCA portal will be closed permanently from 17 January 2020, 6pm, and the WSQ online statement request service will not be available. If you have submitted your request online before 17 January 2020 6 pm, the statement will be sent to you via email as registered in the MyBCA portal.

1) For new WSQ requests, you may download the request form at
https://www.bca.gov.sg/Professionals/manpower/manpower.html
under "Download Forms" and submit it to:

(4) SEC(K) Certificate Reprint
